We want you to LOVE every element of your May Lindstrom Skin experience, and as an independent, family-owned company, we are deeply committed to giving you the very best of us.
If you have a history of skin allergies or reactivity, we encourage you to begin by confidently exploring new favorites with The Chocolate Box, our complete collection in deluxe mini sizing.
And when you're ready to dive all the way in, all full-sized orders ship fresh from our studio with our gift of two deluxe minis of your choice.
If you should ever need to make a return, we'll make the process as stressless as possible. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive simple step-by-step instructions and, if required, a shipping label via email.

What items are returnable?
Our complete collection is returnable, with the exception of The Chocolate Box and our digital gift card. Eligible items must have been purchased directly from maylindstrom.com within the last 180 days. If your item falls outside of these requirements, please email us email@example.com for further guidance.
What items are non-refundable?
Orders placed during gifting promotions where free product was received with a qualifying value purchase are not eligible for return.
We cannot process a return for products purchased through a retail partner. Refunds, exchanges, and store credit are available only for purchases made through maylindstrom.com.
Do you accept international returns?
Yes! We want you to be delighted with your experience no matter where you live in the world. If you are an international client seeking a return, please email us directly for options at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that International shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes are not eligible for refund.
You've submitted a return request and received an "Instant Refund Voucher" - what is this?
Once you move through the returns steps online, if eligible, you will be issued a temporary Instant Refund Voucher, which we've funded for you. The Instant Refund will be equal to the value of your return and gives you the flexibility to place a new order right away so you might discover something you fully adore - no waiting on your credit card company to release your original funds.
What happens if you just want your money back and don't wish to use your "Instant Return Voucher"?
If your Instant Refund Voucher remains unused five days from when it is issued, the code will automatically deactivate and you will be issued a refund to your original payment source for any balance due to you. There is no further action needed on your side.
If a return of physical goods is required, you'll be provided a return label and your refund will process following delivery of your package to our studio.
Need to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet?
Our returns portal works only for orders that have been fulfilled. If your package hasn't left our studio yet and you need to cancel, please email us right away at email@example.com.
